Shipping policy

At the moment, we only deliver within Egypt.

Preparing the shipment:

The order (packaging and wrapping) is prepared in the same day after confirming the order on the site. (Not included in shipping days).

Before shipping:

The order can be modified/canceled within 2 hours from the time of ordering.

Shipping time:

• Delivery time: 24HR (Cairo, Alex, Giza) & 48HR Rest of Egypt.
• Shipping fee: Variable depending on location.

The delivery dates and times we provide are estimates and depend on availability; they are not guaranteed exact dates.

Working and delivery days exclude Friday and public holidays.

please note that during sale periods and promotional offers this may be increased in working days.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered during the purchase process, it will lead to a delay in processing and shipping the order beyond the mentioned time frame, until the address is corrected.
